How you react in times like this will say a lot about you. This includes all the corona shit you’re trying to grind in the rumor mill to feed your family and friends on social media. Believe it or not, these are some of the top bullshit stories going around. I always pride myself on not sharing bullshit before absolutely making 100% sure of its validity, but I fell for one of these and feel like a total fokken douche bag:

1. Does a hair dryer stop the Coronavirus?
   HELL NO!
   You would think this is obvious but you have people fanning their throats with it. Jirre.
2. Did USA president, Donald Trump replace the word “Corona” with the word “Chinese” on one of his speeches this week?
   HE FUCKING DID!

   Stay with me – the keyword here is ‘eliminate’.
4. Dit  Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson test Positive for Coronavirus?
   YES, INDEED THEY DID!
5. Was Tom Hanks Given a Wilson Volleyball in Coronavirus Quarantine?
   NO!
   But isn’t it fucking weird and a little bit hilarious that his wife’s surname is Wilson, which is the name of the volleyball which serves as Hanks’ character’s personified friend in the movie Cast Away?
6. Is holding your breath for 10 seconds a ‘simple self-check’ for Coronavirus?
   DON’T BE A STUPID POES!
   Jesus Christ, who is THIS fucking dumb? Oh, Geraldo Rivera from Fox Nexs.
   
7. Did Corona Beer Sales Drop Sharply Due to Fear About the Coronavirus?
   IT DID NOT!
   And  here  I am ashamed to say that I at first believed the bullshit story to be true before verifying it for myself. So I went out and bought a case of the stuff as punishment.
8. Is Coronavirus Spreading Faster Than SARS, Ebola, and Swine Flu?
   IT IS SIMPLY TOO EARLY TO TELL
   So rather just shut the fuck up about it, because not being sure means to rather shut the fuck up about it.
9. Did The Simpsons Predict the Coronavirus outbreak?
   NOPE NOPE AND FOKKEN NOPE
   I know it is your favorite show and now you unfortunately need to go check up on the other “predictions” as well,  no matter how much you want this to be true just because it is fun and you deem harmless.
10. Are People Collapsing in the street from Coronavirus?
    PROBABLY IN EXTREMELY ISOLATED CASES
    It is just common sense that it could happen from time to time because people collapse from all kinds of shit. From good old lighdheadedness, to full blown heart attacks, to receiving news that Steve Hofmeyr is your real dad, to seeing Donald Trump trying to pose seductively n underwear.
    But no, people aren’t passing out in groups on the streets, clutching their pearls, otherwise we would have seen scenes like that on legit news, reporting from Italy, which currently is the hardest hit country in terms of numbers of deaths related to the coronavirus.[/alert]
