The one is some moron with no disabled disk taking up both bays, that’s at
the waterfront.
The other is the kleinbaas of bellville who’s merc is so flippen huge it has
to park half in sea point main road. Maybe the parking sensor also tells him
to leave a huge gap to the pavement too.
