    Hier een kaaskop, die Afrikaans wil leren, met een vraag: Betekent “Dit is naweek laat jy fokken duik” “Het is weekend rot de fok op”?

    Bij gebrek aan Afrikaans hier nog eens in het Engels:

    This is a cheesehead (Dutchman), who wants to learn Afrikaans, with a question: Does “Dit is naweek laat jy fokken duik” mean “It’s weekend get the fuck out”?

    Yes, more or less. When we say “Dit is naweek, kon ons duik!” it basically in a slang kind of way means: “It is weekend, lets get out of here” of “It is weekend, lets, fuck off”
